We are photographers, Joseph Pancho and Jim Sallee who live in Houston, Texas. We formed a partnership called PandeSal Photography because it combines parts of our names which is also the name of the quintessential bread roll of the Philippines. I mean, who doesn't love a good bread roll? 

We understand the importance of capturing the special moments in your life. Whatever the occasion may be, wherever in the world it may be, we bring a creative fresh approach to help make your unique memories last for generations.

Hi, I am Joseph Pancho.

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved photography. Growing up, I was fascinated by my dad’s Polaroid SX-70. When I was in high school, I begged my parents to buy me a Nikon SLR for a photojournalism class. I ended up using that again in college for my art degree. When it came to certain assignments, I was always drawn to portraits, I still am. Nothing beats the feeling of capturing one’s true emotions.

In addition to photography, I am also a graphic designer. I worked for an ad agency years ago and a little fun fact, I made a very brief, non-speaking appearance on an AMC show called “The Pitch.” When you don’t find me with a camera in my hand or behind a computer, you’ll be sure to see me catching waves, binging garbage television or tending to my plant babies. #plantparenthood

Hi, I am Jim Sallee.

I am originally from Peoria, Illinois. While growing up, I watched MTV religiously and was always mesmerized by the new, cutting-edge visuals in the music videos. I rented a camcorder and started making my own videos. I was no doubt, clearly inspired and my creative spark was ignited.

When I bought my first DSLR, I used it mainly to take photos of my coworkers. I received such unexpected, positive feedback from them and it truly felt amazing. I decided to further my creative journey by using that camera to capture more photos and shoot videos. I won awards that have helped fund many upgrades for my school's technology program.

During my spare time, I love to workout, listen to music, new and old and scour the internet for tasty, keto recipes. Got any?
